Payment & Shipping
Payments for the parts can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or cash at our store’s office. We use courier services like Aramex, Mainfreight, and New Zealand Post for deliveries. We’ll choose the most cost-effective courier for you, pack your order, and arrange for pick-up.
Terms of Sale:
1. Any damage to items must be reported within 1 working day of receiving them.
2. Items must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date and include a credit return form explaining the reason for return. Items must be in their original condition.
3. A 10% handling fee (minimum $20) applies to all returned items.
4. Special order and electrical parts are non-refundable.
5. Items will be dispatched or available for pick-up only after payment is made at the office or funds have cleared in our bank account.
