Payment & Shipping

You can pay for the goods by transfer to a bank account, pay by card or in cash at the office of our store. Delivery of ordered spare parts is carried out by courier companies such as Aramex, Mainfreight, New Zealand Post. We ourselves will determine which company is more profitable for you to deliver, pack your order and call a courier to pick up the goods. Conditions of sale:

1. Any damage to goods received must be notified within 1 business day.

2. Goods must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date and be accompanied by a credit return stating the reasons for the return. Goods must be returned in the condition of sale.

3. All goods returned are subject to a 10% handling charge (minimum $20).

4. All Procured and Electrical Parts are non-refundable.

5. The goods will be sent or issued to the customer only after payment at the office or receipt of money to our bank account.
